Cynthia Hughes is an AL/FL lisenced Realtor with JPAR Coast and County specializing in commercial, vacation and investment real estate. “My experience as an agent was really a trial by fire. My first transaction was a $1.2M vacation investment with an overseas buyer set on closing in under 30 days.” She says it was speed learning event for her and a successful transaction for all parties involved. That first transaction led to several investment clients looking for her higher-dollar transaction success and experience. She currently has $4M in active commercial listings, $4.1M pending and over $2M in sales in the last 12 months.
Clients chose to work with Cynthia based on her dedication, fiduciary responsibility, outgoing personality, and organization working with multiple clients in multiple transactions. “That’s my goal: I want my clients to feel like I’m always there for any questions, thoughts or ideas they may have. I want them to feel like my only client.”
Cynthia has been in the area for over 7 years now and spends most of her day to day work between Daphne, AL the Alabama Gulf Coast and Pensacola FL.
Cynthia spends her downtime with her beloved Yorkshire Terriers, boating in the back waters of Orange Beach or painting. “People always ask me where I vacation, living in paradise. I try to spend at least one working vacation in a fabulous condo right on the water. Since our winter and slow season is Costa Rica’s busy season, I try to spend at least 10 days there, but I am never unplugged.”
